Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Returns
We have a 14-day return policy for defective or damaged items, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return if the item is defective or damaged.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Additionally, we require proof that the item is defective or damaged, such as photos or videos clearly showing the issue.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Order Cancellation Policy
We strive to process and ship orders promptly. Customers have 1 hour from the time of order placement to request a cancellation. If your order has already been processed, cancellation will no longer be possible. Refunds for approved cancellations are subject to a 10% processing fee.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
If the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. Your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that a processing fee of 7% of the total value paid will be deducted from the refund, and shipping costs are non-refundable.

Refund Policy for Failed Deliveries
In cases where a delivery fails and the order is returned to us, we will reship the order once it arrives at our logistics facility. A new tracking number will be provided.
No refunds are available for failed deliveries resulting from customer error, such as providing an incorrect address, failing to collect the parcel, refusing delivery, or not paying customs fees.
We only provide one reshipment per order. If the reshipment also results in a failed delivery, the order will not be reshipped again and will not be eligible for a refund.
